Methodology

Human Resources Poland conducts all its recruitment projects according to the highest industry standards. All of our actions are open for clients; we are always open to client’s requests or wishes. Each client is provided with tailored services but typically recruitment projects include the following services:
- Job description - In cooperation with the client, we prepare a detailed job description and conduct an analysis of required knowledge, experience and skills for the position. Our team of experienced consultants will cooperate with your HR department to ensure that we are looking exactly for the people you need.
- Advertising campaign - We use our own database of candidates and simultaneously we publish job adverts on large number of Internet portals and in national, regional and trade newspapers. Depending on the employer’s needs, we may publish job vacancies under the employer’s name or under our brand (to keep employer anonymous).
- Application selection - We conduct selection of incoming applications based on telephone and face to face interviews. This is the phase where most of the candidates are rejected.
- Face to face interviews - Human Resources Poland will set up and conduct face to face interviews with selected candidates that passed the selection phase. Interviews will be conducted by consultants specializing in certain areas and will cover everything connected with professional experience, education, skills and knowledge related to the position; final report will also include information regarding the candidate’s personality. Additionally, we are able to conduct psychological tests.
- Sending report - after the interview phase is completed we compile and send employers a shortlist of 3 - 5 of the best candidates (more if the employer wants). We will also help to arrange interviews for the employer at any given time and date.
- Contract - during this phase we offer employers and candidates our assistance with all formal issues including notice period at previous employer, relocation and accommodation if required.
