• Selection - HR.PL job will be to gather all incoming application and select those that match employer’s requirements pointed out in job description. Documents of selected candidates will be sent directly to the employer.
• Recruitment - HR.PL will be prepare the job description, search for candidates, select those that match job requirements, conduct job interviews, verify candidate’s professional experience and job references and present employer the best candidates. We will set up interviews for employer as well.
• Direct Search / Executive Search - Human Resources Poland will conduct an in depth market analysis of selected industries, and will actively seek the best candidates or reach those selected by employer. We will be helping both; employer and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

When using our service you are sure we will follow all your guidelines. We will not disclose the employer’s identity until the last phase of interviews to protect your market position.
